Peake Technologies hosted facility management personnel from First Citizens Bank, Global Brands Limited and Prestige Holdings Limited in our state of the art training room, where they were sensitized in the basic operation of an air conditioning system. The participants were made aware of the refrigeration cycle, refrigerants used in air conditioning, the importance of maintenance servicing, duct cleaning and sanitizing, and probable causes of air conditioner unit failure. The participants also toured our compressor shop where they saw the inside of a compressor and its mechanical and electrical parts. This is the first in a series of classes that Peake Technologies will be conducting to various facility management personnel in order to assist in their professional development and understanding of the air conditioning system.
