Our CONTRACTING & ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT is responsible for the design, supply and installation of Central Air Conditioning and Custom Cooling Equipment Solutions which meet the unique requirements of our diverse Commercial clientele.
Our Projects Team consists of a highly skilled and experienced group of experts in the fields of Project Management, Engineering, Quality Control Inspection and Health & Safety Management. All support staff are handpicked according to skill and experience level. With experience ranging from medium to large scale local and regional projects, our projects team has consistently put forward a collaborative effort on numerous projects in the past creating a critical performance advantage in the form of learned synergy.
Our Process
We offer Site Visit Evaluations, Quotations, Reports & Assessments of cooling needs and provide complete, comprehensive, compliant tender proposals. We provide expert Project Management services from design to completion of installation. The design of Commercial HVAC Solutions includes selection & layout (using AutoCAD & cutting-edge Design & Equipment Selection software). We Supply and Install complete Commercial HVAC Solutions for: New Construction Projects, Retrofitting, Building Restorations/Remodeling, System Change-out/Replacements.
